Cobb County Parks Honors Volunteers of the Year
Cobb County Park Recreation and Cultural Affairs honored over 50 volunteers at their 23rd Volunteer Appreciation Banquet. The theme of the night was “Volunteers: Making an IMPACT – not just an impression” CFC is please to have Chris Werner, CFC’s President, named as a nominee.

First Annual "Fields for Kids" Event A Great Success
The first annual Cobb FC "Fields for Kids" golf tournament, held last Monday at Dogwood Country Club, was a rousing success. Over 75 golfers and two dozen sponsors combined to raise nearly $10,000 toward the development of Cobb FC own soccer complex.
