Results from Thanksgiving National Event.
The results from the 89,91,92 All-Star teams which competed over the Thanksgiving holiday were announced this week.
In this event each of the 4 Regions sent teams to compete and a National All-Star team was announced. The State of Georgia had 3 players make the National All-Star "cut". They are:
'89 Joe Bendik Cobb F.C. U-17 Chiefs
'91 Cody Mizell Cobb F.C. U-14 Chiefs
'92 Nolan McKeever Cobb! F.C. U-14 Chiefs

Perseverance Pays Off!
Cobb FC sends "Congratulations" to the U-16 Thunder as they became U-16 Champions at the Sugar & Spice Tournament just prior to Thanksgiving. "This has been a team goal over the past few years." says Coach Audrey Chaney, "the ladies played their hearts out from start to finish."
The "Thunder" went undefeated in the tournament with scores of 5-1, 5-4, 3-1 and 4-1.
This was the last chance for team "Thunder" to finally win since this was
Chaney's last season as coach and their last season together since they
all will be trying out for high school in the spring.
Cobb FC congratulates the team and thanks them for their support of the club and recreational program.

Boys Program has Successful Season
Cobb FC would like to congratulate all of the boys teams for a great season. Click on the story title to see all of the acheivements from the League season.
We have had major success with so many teams due to the hard working players and coaches. In addition to their desire to win, they beleive in their own abilties as players and collectively as teams.

On Sunday, November 13th Our U17 Premier (Boys) Clinched a fantastic victory to become the Region Three Premier League Champions.

Teacher Workday 3v3 Rousing Success!
Cobb FC's first "Teacher Workday" 3v3 event was a huge success. Over 40 players joined in to help raise funds for the Cobb FC Financial Assistance program and raised over $1000.
We thank each and every player for their help in making the event very successful.
If you missed out on today's 3v3, don't worry there will be others coming up in the spring.
