“Our child participated in a parent-coached travel soccer program for 2 years.  Our coach clearly understood the game but not necessarily how to teach skills to young players.  We decided to move to Cobb FC to join the Academy program and have been extremely pleased with the result.  Our child was trained in proper technique, starting with the basics and after mastering those, moving on to more advanced skills.  Emphasis was placed on learning the fundamentals of the game, not just on winning every game played.  The coaches encouraged our child to learn and play different positions on the field, which resulted in a better understanding of the game.  We feel the Cobb FC Academy program and its coaches have allowed our child to grow and develop into a well-rounded soccer player.”
